How do you ship your products?
All of our products are imported and shipped in the United States.
Where are the orders shipped from?
Our products are currently imported from China and held in warehouses in the United States.
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible products purchased from Luau Loot are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our Shopify store at Luau Loot. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit or refund
This warranty does NOT cover issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accidental damage
- Alteration or unauthorized repair
- Improper maintenance
- Damage due to environmental factors
How do I submit a Warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the damage/defect

NOTE: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. If we determine the product is defective under this warranty, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
